Air Fryer Turkey Patties
Air Fryer Turkey Patties are the perfect go-to protein when you are tight on time and don’t want to compromise on quality/flavor.
Serves 2
Patty
8oz ground turkey (I opt for 93/7)
2 T fresh basil (shredded)
2 T almond flour
2 T sautéed onions
1 flax egg (1 T flax meal + 2.5 T water)
Small handful cheese (I use @traderjoes DF Parmesan cheese)
1 T ketchup

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form into two balls.
Heat air fryer to 400 F.
Spray air fryer basket with avocado or coconut oil (suitable for high-heat cooking) and place both in basket, smashing some to form a more patty-like shape.
Cook for 8 min, then flip before cooking for another 6-8 min (check for no pink color in the middle).
Serve with your preferred toppings and sides!
