Meatballs
1 lb ground chicken
1/3 c almond flour
3 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp harissa
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg F convection roast.
Combine all ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Form into golfball-sized balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 12 minutes, until juice from the meatballs runs clear and the center is no longer pink.
Herby Tahini Sauce
0.5 cup tahini
0.5 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
1/3 cup water
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 tsp honey
0.5 tsp sea salt
1.5 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Drizzle over meatballs and enjoy!
