Soft and Fluffy Pumpkin Cookies

whole sourdough bread

It's that time of year when everyone falls in love... with pumpkin! As a big fan of seasonal produce, I look forward to fall, especially for this item. Packed with vitamins A, C, and E, pumpkin is a nutritional powerhouse, supporting immune health, glowing skin, and sharp vision. Its high fiber content also promotes healthy digestion and balanced blood sugar. These soft and fluffy pumpkin cookies make for a delicious, balanced treat!
